  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Salt and Pepper (to Taste)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (Optional)
  • Roasted Pumpkin seeds (Garnish/Optional)
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley (Oarnish/Optional)
Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Pumpkin (10 minutes)

    Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Cut it into chunks.

  2. Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables (5 minutes)
    1. In a large soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables become soft and fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the Pumpkin and Spices (2 minutes)
    1. Add the pumpkin chunks to the pot.
